Original City of Banning Fire Department embroidered shoulder patch from the former city-operated fire department era.
The City of Banning transitioned to contracted fire protection services with the Riverside County Fire Department in September 1998. Fire protection for the city is now provided through the CAL FIRE/Riverside County Fire cooperative system.
This patch predates that transition and features the classic City of Banning Fire Department design with dark blue field, gold embroidered border and lettering, and Life & Property fire service emblem.
