There is wear to it, edge wear and tear, dog eared corners, scratches, dents, fold lines, spots and stains, spine wear and rubs, rubs, marks, dog-eared corners, paper soiling/discoloring, bends, creases, surface wear and rubs etc. Looks decent for the age.
