Original 1972 Virginia License Plate Matching Pair – CWE-697
Authentic matching pair of vintage 1972 Virginia automobile license plates, both bearing registration number CWE-697.
Original black background with raised white lettering and VIRGINIA 1972 embossed across the top.
Both plates retain an attractive, naturally aged appearance with visible wear consistent with genuine use and age. The white lettering shows age-related cracking/crazing, scuffs and paint wear. There is additional wear around the mounting holes, along the raised borders and edges. The backs show normal oxidation, staining, scratches and age-related wear.
These have not been restored or repainted and retain their vintage character.
