1918 October 19 soldier\'s pass, a couple of days before a major outbreak of the Spanish flu and two weeks before the end of WWI. The Spanish flu wreaked havoc in the city, killing people within 24 hours. From October 21 to 31, 1918, there were 10,000 cases of this new influenza. Among the refugees, 1,500 were affected.
Was stored folded, showing use and wear, staining, and discoloration. The paper is crisp and in good condition overall.
