Lot of commercially produced 35mm color slides from the 1960s and possibly early 1970s of South Florida attractions. Each one is marked with a description of the scene.
15 slides of Fort Lauderdale, another 5 of Bahia Mar specifically, and 5 others of Miami Beach. Fort Lauderdale slides include various scenes including Bahia Mar, Mai Kai, Pier 66, Swimming Hall of Fame, and the Queen Elizabeth which briefly called Fort Lauderdale home in the late 1960s. The Miami Beach slides show a number of the more well-known hotels of the time.
Unclear where they were purchased, but expect they were from a location in the area as the family member who originally owned these visited the area often in that timeframe.
