For sale is a matching pair of Hall China Company figural decanters.
These are vintage 1950s I.W. Harper bourbon figural decanters in white porcelain by Hall China Company.
The I.W. Harper brand was started in New Haven, Kentucky by a German immigrant named Isaac Wolfe Bernheim in the late 1890s.
The figure is a gentleman in a top hat and coat bowing forward slightly and carrying a cane (although both canes are missing).
The top hat works as a cork for the decanters.
Both pieces in fine condition. You don't often find a pair of these together. One of the gold gilding on the lettering is worn. And as stated both of the original canes are missing as they typically are on these mid-century decanters.
No chips, cracks or hairlines noted anywhere.
