A \"Delivered\" scan indicates that the postcard has reached the final sorting center before your local post office; it may take a few extra days, to a week, to reach your mailbox. Expect potential delays of up to 3 weeks within the U.S. due to USPS performance variables; international delivery may take 4-5 weeks.Free ESE Shipping Limitations: The postcard cannot be marked \"Do Not Bend\" or sandwiched between two pieces of cardboard, as these options disqualify it from ESE shipping.
