Lovely and very RARE vintage 1920’s SPRATT’S ENAMEL DOG BOWL . The bowl is white enamel with raised black writing. These were given by Spratt’s, to the owners of pet shops who would put them on the pavements outside their shop for dogs to drink from, a clever advertising idea from Spratt’s. Repeated on the front and back it reads ‘SPRATT’S’ and on each side it has the famous logo of the word ‘SPRATT’S’ forming the shape of a dog. On each side are slots for holding the bowl. Above one of these slots it reads ‘SPRATTS PATENT LTD’Approx 10.5 x 4.5
