Up for sale is a exceptionally rare, highly collectible vintage 1978 wood jewelry/trinket music box from the Schmid Beatrix Potter Collection.
While the 1970s Schmid porcelain statues are common, this hinged wood-cased keepsake box variant is incredibly difficult to locate online. The lid features a pristine ceramic/porcelain tile insert depicting the iconic illustration from "The Tailor of Gloucester," titled "The Mice at Work: Threading the Needle."
