This is a small Philippine-style anime teks card from the 1990s. Teks cards were inexpensive cardstock collectibles that were commonly traded and played with, so many examples were heavily handled or simply did not survive.
This particular D’Best Fushigi Yuugi card is not something that appears very often online. There is very little information or documentation available for this specific series, which makes it an interesting piece for collectors of older anime merchandise and Philippine nostalgia items.
One side features a colorful Fushigi Yuugi group image with D’BEST branding. The reverse features Tamahome, Japanese text, and a circled #16.
