Theproperty located on the grounds of the New Jersey National Guard TrainingCenter "Camp Seagirt" housed a 15-room ocean front mansion. The establishment became a notable fixture in the state's political history. The structure originally served as the New Jersey ExhibitionHall at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair.
