NWRS is a multi-jurisdictional tactical emergency response unit that operates in Lake County, Indiana. The unit comprises sworn SWAT Operators from over 10 departments in the county. (Reference pictures shown on slides 5,6,7).
There's a lot of information, and excellent pictures of this unit online. It seems that the sand-green uniform has now been phased out in favor of Multicam black.
