RARE Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia Armed Forces Office Glass Display Plaque For Sale

This is from a estate sale. I have tried to research it. It appears to be a heavy glass standing shelf or table plaque that sat inside the royal embassy armed forces office in Saudi Arabia. It is almost 7 inches tall and 6 inches wide. It comes in its original well made velvet box with brass hardware. This is a really rare one of a kind item. I have not seen another like it. Items from inside a embassy don't appear to come up forsale that often in my research.
