RARE VTG Antique Alaska Inuit Eskimo Male Doll Fur Leather Face Hide Skin Figure NR ( PRICE, this doll will sell to the highest buyer.)
Excellent Condition, please see the photos.
This doll is estimated to be from the early 1900s.
It measures 10\" inches tall.
It is made with real animal hide and fur, the face is made of leather and thread was sewn in to create the wrinkles and facial features.
What impresses me about this doll is the craftmanship that went into making it. The fur selection, the needle work, everything. This could be in a museum.
When this doll was made is was a toy, now it is a highly sought after piece of history.
