Here Is a Beautiful Rare Wingate Pass Plume Agate End-Cut Slab (a.k.a. Death Valley Plume).
It is a highly sought after plume agate found in what is now the China Lake military reserve. Mining this Agate has been nonexistent since the early 1960's. This material is Extremely hard to obtain, and it is very hard to find rough or slabs. Also has a natural crack going through one side of the slab.The first 13 pictures are shown wet.
Weighs 67.7 grams.
We have cut some Absolutely Beautiful Cabochons with this material.
The slab measures 3 5/8 inches long, 2 7/8 inches at the widest and up to 1/2 inch thick.We Will have a Huge Selection of some of the Finest Minerals, Arkansas Crystals and Rare Cabochons.
