RPPC NY View of Parade of troops leaving for WWI Neher's Studio & Frame Co. For Sale

RPPC by Neher;s Studio & Frame Co, of 635 2nd Ave Upper Troy NY. The card was cancelled on June 30, 1916 so It is not troops leaving for Europe, but more likely a parade of new troops that were part of the National Defense Act that authorized expansion of the Army and National Guard and created the ROTC program foe training reserve officers for the armed forces.
I cannot be sure where the photp was taken but I am guessing it was Troy NY. however it could also be Albany.
