This is vintage item from around 1977.. I have a few and show probably the one in the worst condition as the rest are all uncirculated and still sealed in the original plastic bag.
These are originals and very tough to find, as from what I read they never had a branch in the WTC, but not clear on details.
These were sitting in a box for decades and came from a warehouse find.
