Signed \"Fred\'k Westphal Ad Bro New York *Acme\", the head body measures 2-5/16\" wide, and 2-1/2\" overall with its thin sharp spikes with marking initials \"LW\". It has a 1-7/16\" wide rounded peen type end, measuring 1\" tall.The 13-1/8\" long wood handle is sound, but loose, with a hanging hole and a string attached from a previous owner, all as pictured.A internet search reveals that this branding was from 1884-1928, and Westphal made products for the Acme brand in New York during that time period.
