Native American Super Rare red quartz popeyed birdstone found in Lansing Michigan. This is an authentic glacial kame culture quartzite birdstone from my personal collection and extremely well made with nice egg shaped popeyes or tear drop variety! It has no damage and is drilled and manufactured in the middle archaic period with a nice saddle back and fantail. This birdstone would be graded a ten for quality of workmanship and made of Beautiful translucent red quartz. It measures 3\" long x 1 1 /8\" wide x 1 \" tall. Some ownership history is available.
