Rare VTG Crumrine El Arturo San Antonio Rodeo Lifetime Member Western BuckleUp for sale is a rare, highly collectible vintage San Antonio Livestock Show & Rodeo "Life Member" western belt buckle. This restricted organizational piece was custom manufactured by the legendary Crumrine Gold & Silversmiths out of Reno, Nevada. It was not available in the gift shop and is not engraved.Vintage and antique pieces naturally show signs of their previous life — soft patina, small marks, and subtle variations in shape or finish. These details are part of what make each piece unique.
This heavy, premium-quality buckle belongs to Crumrine's renowned "El Arturo" line. It is crafted with a heavy jeweler's bronze base plate and finished with deep-etched, two-tone silver and gold electroplated scrollwork. The front proudly depicts the Freeman Coliseum,an engraved signature reading "Harold M. Freeman" (the founder of the San Antonio Rodeo),and "Life Member" typography. The El Auturo line ended in the late 90s. Based on the design, layout, and textual elements, the buckle was made no earlier than 1985. These put the buckle's manufacturing date from the period of 1985-1999.

As a custom-issued piece, the bottom right corner features a blank spot for ready for engraving, also there is another blank spot for ready for engraving at the top of the buckle. The back of the buckle has the original vintage black and gold foil Crumrine El Arturo sticker and a stamped Crumrine Inc. hallmark.
Condition: In excellent vintage condition.The buckle is in beautiful vintage structural condition with excellent weight and integrity. The front displays clean plating with clear details. The back shows some age-related tarnish, patina, and light surface wear consistent with a vintage piece.
