Sculpted by the renowned artist Salvador Furio, this classic piece captures Don Quixote\'s famous squire resting on a bench with his hat in hand. It features Lladro\'s signature sogt pastel color palette and high-gloss glazed finish.
This highly collectible sculpture was first issued in 1969 and officially retired in 1989, making it a wonderful addition for any serious porcelain collector or fan of classic literature. This figurine is stamped 1971-1974.
This figurine and wooden base are in excellent condition. No chips, cracks, crazing, rips or repairs. Colors are vibrant and the glaze is bright and shiny.
