Rare Vintage Powder Horn With Wooden Stopper And Thin Material Strap 3.5 x 7\" For Sale

I am an Estate Dealer, throughout the year I sell Rare andCollectible items that I have purchased. All items we believe to be 100% original in as found condition from local estates and collections. All of our items are vintage/antique, gently used and will have age appropriate wear unless otherwise stated as new. We describe all items to the best of our ability.

Up for your consideration we have aRevolutionary to Civil War era original hand madepowder horn made from a cow horn or other animal. It hasa wooded stopper that is attached by a thin material carrying strap. The size is approx. 3.5 x 7 inches. It has 180 Johnson etched on the end. I don\'t have any information on its meaning or use. Great condition.We are not experts in powder horns and have nootherinformation than what is in thelisting.We will be listing other powderhorns from this collector\'s estate.Please review photos for condition. With alljewelry with stones, stones sizes and amounts are figured by calculation. (foran accurate total, you would have to remove the stones from the settings)During measurements there is some degree of calculation, so it is anapproximation. I am not a jeweler I do the best of my ability and knowledge.

In regards to our time pieces (watches, clocksetc.) We verify the condition when they leave our office and will be stated as working or not working. All working watches may still need to be professionally cleaned/serviced in order to keep time accurately. Each of our time pieces arevintage and used to a different degree. Combined Shipping:

If you purchase multiple items, please wait for an invoice! On jewelry items, we combine shipping as much as possible. If it fits into a small flat rate box it will ship for that price. After that it will go by weight. Larger items/collectibles can sometimes be combined if items can be shipped safely. Please inquire beforehand. Please request a total or wait for a combined invoice before paying. Per shipping standards, we must ship any items that have been paid within 24 hours. All purchases must be paid within 7 days-if you are purchasing multiple items, request a total or request a combined invoice to receive combined shipping. Once an item is paid, we cannot hold it, it must be shipped.

All items if size permitsare shipped in USPS Priority Mail flat rate boxes, or parcel post. Shippingfees are based on our direct cost provided to us by the USPS. Damaged BrokenItems During Shipment:

By purchasingan item from us you are agreeing to assist in the insurance claims process asthe USPS states. This situation rarely happens but both parties mustparticipate in order to get the a refund.You will have to provide photos of broken item, packaging and shippingmaterials. If buyer does not assist inthis process, we will not be able to collect from USPS and therefore we willnot be able to issue you a refund.
