Rare Vintage Sunshine Beer Menu Chalk Board For Sale

Up for sale is a vintage Sunshine menu board sign that does have some condition issues as seen in my photos above. Most Of The damage is at the very bottom as seen. I'm not sure if the bottom can be cut off, or if this can be framed.
