Rare Vintage Pink Iridescent Porcelain Elephant Figurine with painted Gold Ears & Trim - Measures 3.5" Tall by 2.5" Long by 1.75" Wide
This cute little guy appears to potentially be an early Disney Dumbo figurine but he's rather rare and hard to find others like him. There is a printed stamp on the bottom but with age and wear it's very hard to figure out what the information shows. He seems to match the description of early figurines made post WWII for the consumer market. He appears in Excellent Used Condition with No cracks, chips or crazing observed. Even his darker pink little mouth seems in tact and the gold painting looks better than Very Good.
This sweet and dainty little pre-owned piece comes from the estate of an elephant collector.
I have many elephant figurines now with several posted and other elephants being posted later so keep your eyes open if you like elephants!
