The Queen wears the dress from her Diamond Jubilee with the Garter Sash. Prince Philip, as Admiral of the Fleet, wears Royal Navy Ceremonial Day Dress with the Garter Sash. The figure was modelled by Neil Welch and is hand-made and hand-decorated in bone china. Royal Doulton\'s artists used real gold and platinum for the medals, regalia, and jewellery, and the detail is exceptional.
