Royal Doulton toby character jug/mug - Old Charley.
According to Toby & Character Jugs of the 20th Century and Their Makersby David C. Fastenau & Stephen M. Mullins, this was made from 1939 to 1984 (page 191).
This is the mini size - see photo 8 for approximate size.
No chips or cracks. A bit dusty on the inside. Has some color irregularities, but they are under the glaze & a part of the manufacture. The white spots you may see on the top edge are reflections. This was soiled when I acquired it. I have cleaned it but you may find a spot that I missed.
