Vintage 1988 \"Ruslan and Lyudmila\" limited edition porcelain collector plate. This is the highly collectible first issue in the celebrated Russian Legends series, which was the first collector\'s plate series ever produced in the USSR.The plate features stunning, vibrant artwork by master artist Gleb Lyubimov. It is crafted in the traditional Palekh miniature lacquer style against a deep black porcelain background and finished with elaborate 18k gold accents. It comes with a wooden plate frame for wall hanging. One of the pegs that hold the plate in is a replacement / unoriginal yellow peg.
