Writoll is an unique \"Double-Knock\" mechanical pencil ideal for both precise writing and EDC.The \"Double-Knock\" system, which enables guide pipe to be retractable by knocking only, has been in maket for a long time, but now it is an endangered species and become rare mechanical pencil.As far as I know, Writoll is the only one remaining in the market by major brands after Rotling Rapid discontinued in 2022.Actually, \"Double-Knock\" model became extinct once in Japanese market for a year before Writoll was introduced by Sakura in late 2023.The inside parts of Rapid (also made in Japan) and Writoll are interchangeable, so they assumedly made by same manufacturer.
