SOUTHERN PACIFIC 1922 ADAMS & WESTLAKE TALL CAST GLOBE RAILROAD LANTERN ORIGINAL.Last patent date 1922 Adams & Westlake, "Adlake Reliable" model stamped on the shoulder, "SPCo" for the Southern Pacific Company. Three-piece top many of these later Reliables were dome marked rather than shop marked. All original and complete top to bottom with the original bail, both locking bail ears, globe retainer assembly, lid latch, and the correct Adams & Westlake tall globe fuel font, marked for maker with a burner and functioning wick adjuster included. Very nice patina throughout the frame with tin in the waist area and smooth, chocolate up top. No major holes, dents, or damage. Features the matching, clear cast globe embossed, "SPCo" with the Corning, Cnx logo on the backside. Few no show in the frame rim chips, there are no cracks. A nice set untouched ready to enjoy for the western lantern collector!
