Brand new never used and stored like hell. I am the one that removed the tamperproof seals so that I could show you both sides of the wrenches. I do not like surprises anymore than the rest of you. What you see is what you get. There are very minimal pit marks on several of the wrenches as you can clearly see in the photos. The backsides where the stock numbers are fared much better in storage.
