The photos show everything. You are getting EXACTLY what you are seeing in the photos. AS FAR AS I KNOW, it is what is described in the title. I COULD BE WRONG. I am told that they are WELDBUILT, but I do not see a name or number on them. I cannot guarantee that they are WELDBUILT. Please be sure that these are what you need for your vehicle.  PLEASE BE SURE. You are buying them AS IS, NO RETURNS.  The photos are the description and they show exactly what you are receiving.  There is rust on the chrome, as you can see. Each one weighs 4.5 lb.
