This is a beautiful vintage matching pair of Chinese Canton enamel butterfly-form trinket trays. These hand-painted pieces feature colorful enamel over a metal/brass base with a classic tarnished brass rim that adds excellent vintage character.
Designs: One dish depicts a traditional Lotus and Kingfisher bird motif, while the other features vibrant blossoms growing over a stylized scholar’s rock. Both are framed by an elegant blue and white patterned floral border.
Condition: Excellent vintage condition with no
chips, cracks, or flecks to the enamel. The brass edges show a natural, gentle tarnish/patina from age. One tray retains its original vintage "Made in China" label on the base. Please review all photos for item details.
