This ca. 1912 RPPC captures Thomas Edison and named assistants—including Mr. Ott, widely identified as John F. Ott, one of Edison's most celebrated long-serving lab men—at work inside the Fort Myers laboratory, now a National Historic Chemical Landmark; the interior view of scientific glassware and apparatus makes this a rare, documentary-quality Edisoniana image from a pivotal period of his later research.

Real photo postcard on Kodak paper, unused with clean back. Strong contrast; minor surface handling. Image likely a later real-photo printing of the 1912 original view.
