Rare Vintage 1969 James Brown Black and Brown Trading Stamp Album PAIR - Clean Unused Oakland History Ephemera.
The booklets are unused with no stamps affixed. Some light wear to the outside jackets but the items appear generally in nice condition.
James Brown on cover and the company was associated with Art Powell of the Oakland Raiders. Photos of each inside as well.
Per a Google search: "The 1969 Black and Brown Stamp Album is a piece of Black economic history. It was created for a pioneering loyalty program where shoppers received stamps featuring James Brown. These were pasted into booklets to earn discounts at Black-owned businesses across the San Francisco Bay Area."
