Vintage Holland Mold ceramic vase with a hand decorated design by Ukrainian Arts Originals; signed KMK '74. Two chips to the bottom edge as shown. A few small spots where the decal transfer has been scratched. The inside looks a little dirty from its function as a vase. This is not a painted piece; I believe it to be a decal transfer.
