In my 40 years of collecting vintage barware, I have only seen this item twice. It has been in my personal collection since 1991 (35years) and is in like-new, museum-quality condition. It doesn\'t appear to have ever been used. The football-shaped, zippered leather case is as supple as the day it was made and the six, precision-cascading cocktail cups are in flawless condition.
This exceptional travel cocktail kit was made by the J.A. Henckels Twin Works in Solinger, Germany – the very same company that made the coveted Aeroplane and Zeppelin cocktail shakers from the late 1920s / early 1930s.
Each cup is stamped \"MADE IN GERMANY\" on the bottom and the leader case zipper tog is debossed with \"GERMANY\".6\" long and approximately 2.5\" wide.
Makes a great gift for the serious barware collector or sports enthusiast!
