VERY RARE SADDLE BAGS MAKER MARKED A. W. BRILL AUSTIN, TEXAS LEATHER COWBOY BAGS For Sale

I have never seen any saddle bags from Brill in my 30 years of collecting. This is a pair of small saddle bags from the great Texas maker A. W. Brill out of Austin Texas. Both bags are marked A. W. Brill Maker Austin, Tex. The leather lacing, that holds the bags together is in great condition. One of the bags the strap is missing and the other one is missing the strap with the buckle. One of the bags is missing some of the stitching on one side. The bags are small measuring approximately 5” and 6” long. It looks as if the bags may have had conches or leather lacing on the front for decoration. These are rare saddle bags from A. W. Brill.
