VINTAGE 1950'S JAMES SALT WATER TAFFY RARE NJ SHORE LIGHTHOUSE CONTAINER BANK For Sale

THIS RARE CONTAINER WAS ONLY MADE FOR A LIMITED TIME BACK IN THE 1940'S/50'S AND THEN THEY JUST WENT WITH THE BARREL BANKS FOR MANY YEARS. THIS WOULD LOOK VERY NICE IN A NJ SHORE HOME WHERE IT WAS BORN. THESE PAPER MACHE' BANKS CAN BE REPAINTED AND THEY WILL LOOK AS GOOD AS THE DAY THEY WERE MADE. THIS CONTAINER WAS NEVER EVEN USED AS A BANK AS THE SLOT IN THE LID IS NOT EVEN CUT OUT. VERY NICE HARD TO FIND SALT WATER TAFFY CONTAINER. IT WILL BE CAREFULLY WRAPPED AND SHIPPED IN A STURDY BOX FOR TRAVEL TO ITS NEW HOME AFTER MANY YEARS IN CLIMATE CONTROLLED, SMOKE FREE STORAGE. THIS WAS FOUND WITH ALL OF THE OTHER ITEMS THAT I HAVE BEEN LISTING AND SELLING.
The items that I have been listing are part of an enormous basement clean-out that me and my son have been working on over the last Ten or Eleven years. We have not yet scratched the surface but just continue to list the items that we can reach. We are by no means experts on these items but just enjoy putting them in the hands of collectors who appreciate them. The price shown for shipping is for the lower 48 continental United States. All other shipping destinations should check for a rate prior to offerding. We do combine shipping whenever possible when you purchase two or more items.
