Nice colorful and pretty pennant! Likely right around 1959-1960 as Alaska became the 49th state.
A little light staining right toward the tip. I don't think it even shows in the pics. It's just a little darker than the already dark blue, not bad, Overall Good condition.
I ship pennants in a bubble envelope. Smaller ones are shipped flat. Longer ones with one or two folds - lightly folded with tissue paper placed at the point of the fold. I have shipped thousands of felt pennants this way with minimal issues. If you want it shipped another way, I will gladly work with you, but please ask what it will cost before buying.
