It is not signed that i can see but there are numbers raised on the edge of the top of the glass 609.
It has (3) light sockets.
There are (3) chains it hangs by.
It is a wonderful light fixture.
Please note that there are (2) teeny, teeny tiny flea bites around the inside edge of the glass.
There are a few factory air bubbles in the glass.
The light fixture measures 21\" hanging down.
The glass measures 13 3/4\" across and approx 3 1/2\" deep.
All wires and brackets are present for hanging.
