This item consists of three antique and obsolete gaming chips from the State Casinos of Uruguay, valued at $20,000 each.
Details of the pieces:
Institution: General Directorate of Casinos (State Casinos), the government agency that manages official gaming halls in Uruguay.
Face value: $20,000 (Twenty Thousand Pesos) each.
Material: They are made of high-density veined acrylic, a classic material for high-denomination rectangular chips (also called plates or plaques).
Condition: These are discontinued and obsolete pieces, in good(+) condition with very minimal warping from use, of high interest to casino chip collectors and regional numismatists.
Technical data of the format:
Manufacturing: The dimensions (4\" x 2\", 10 x 5 cm) and weight (0.78 oz, 22 g) are very specific to the international standard for high-end acrylic casino plates produced in the late 20th century.
Aesthetic appearance: The 4 mm thickness clearly reveals the material\'s veined or pearlescent optical effect.
Engraving: The inscriptions are in bas-relief on the material, using institutional typefaces of the period.
