VINTAGE RS PRUSSIA PORCELAIN HAT PIN HOLDER-GOLD TRIM-w/6 Hatpins. Beautiful roses about 4\" diameter x 5” tall. Piece is in excellent condition, no chips, etc., The bottom stamp is faded but all other colors and gold trim are good.
