The proof of this book tells you what it is all about — but don’t get the meat of it until you read it. I like it very much — for it tells the very TRUTH of all — I am sending the book to you — you may keep it — But when you write me — tell me your frank opinion. I like especially the way he dissects religion (they wash) you see —
I am enclosing a late photo of Hirshorn — the blossoms you notice in the background are Japanese cherry blossoms — blooms are pink and white — tripled petals — like a rose many thousands on a tree — But not one cherry — the blooms last about a week — Washington makes a great Stulla-Balloo the cherry blossoms festival each year — it brings many visitors.
How is you all? — I feel not so bad — bodily — but my nerves are not much — old age I say — in spite of those DOCTORS who have a 1/2 dozen fancy names for it — It’s poor circulation — can still navigate in low gear — but I carry a cane April weather is rather back wards — a lot of cold rain.
New addition is still under progress — and will be about all summer — interior finishing expect to move in about Sept. Can you ever sell any part of your ranch? Taxes must be mighty high. How do you spend your time — well this is just a note to you both — and it goes without saying that I wish the best
to you both.
