Lovely rare highly collectible piece of Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) from Dugan Glass (formerly and aka Northwood) Opalescent blue, swag and bracket style. Fan & Feather pattern. Small chip on the foot as shown. Approximate measurements in pictures.
