This is a lovely vintage make up compact made by Charles of the Ritz in the USA.
It is made in a textured goldtone metal with a jeweled inset in the top with a pink glass or plastic stone & rhinestones. It has the mirror & original powder puff (puff is cracked/dry & well used). It has no powder in it.

Compact measures just over 2.5\" x 2.25\" at longest/widest points.Item is in good/vintage/used condition. May have some light scratching due to age/use. Powder is all gone/empty & puff is cracked, dried out & WELL USED. The inside black base appears to have what may be a glue mark. Not quite as noticeable in person as the photo shows but a base may have been glued in at one point in time. Could benefit from a cleaning. Have included a pouch that was with the compact when I bought it. Do not know if it is original to piece.
