beautiful ornate white opaline style glass lidded jar with a fired on hand painted periwinkle blue finish and intricate hand painted florals/stars and scrolls in plum magenta tones, black and metallics. Jar sits in a vintage wired brass metal basket. overall condition is great with some signs of wear to areas of paint, basket and minor chipping on inner rim. I have not been able to identify a maker or origin. Suitable for an accent piece, vanity storage, and candies.
