Condition: Factory sealed new old stock with significant aging to the packaging. Both blisters/cards are sealed and complete, but the clear plastic has heavy yellowing, light dust inside from age, bends/creases to the cards, old tape, and general shelf wear. Strings/hangers are present. Figures and bells inside look unused. Please review all photos for exact condition.

Original Japanese Banpresto amusement-prize set from 2000 featuring Pichu sitting atop a Poké Ball wind bell (“fuurin”). Each has a different clapper/weight character:

• Togepi version

• Bellossom version

Backs show Banpresto’s prize notice (“FOR USE AS PRIZE IN JAPAN ONLY”), year 2000, and Shopro licensing. Packaging and text are in Japanese. Charming vintage Pokémon décor—hang by the included string so the inner bell rings lightly.
