Up for sale is a stunning, vibrant set of 4 matching vintage Talavera-style Majolica art pottery large oval wall plaques/platters. This beautiful collection was handcrafted and hand-painted by the renowned Amora artisan family workshop in Dolores Hidalgo, Guanajuato, Mexico. Each piece features a unique, intricately detailed geometric and floral folk art design using classic mineral glaze tones of cobalt blue, forest green, rich terracotta red, and bright mustard yellow.These plaques were purchased in Mexico approximately 30 years ago and are in pristine, collector-grade condition. They have NEVER been used for food, hung, or displayed, and have been carefully stored for three decades. There are absolutely no chips, cracks, repairs, or scratches. (Note: True to authentic handmade earthenware, there may be slight, natural glaze variations or light crazing characteristic of its age and firing process).The reverse sides feature a smooth, creamy white glaze finish and comes factory-ready for wall display with integrated hanging holes molded directly into the ceramic base.
