Very Fine Early Archaic Knife Blade 4 5/8 In Fulton Co Illinois Arrowhead Avon For Sale

Killer early archaic knife blade that was reportedly found in Fulton county Illinois! It is 4 5/8 inches long and made from a gorgeous piece of Avon chert! With some fantastic transverse overshot flaking and fine retouching on the edges/beveling…all point to this being some sort of transitional to early archaic knife blade, my best guess being Dalton culture! Really a cool example and sure to look great next to any knife blade collection!!
