Vintage 1900 Shurly & Dietrich Atkins Hand Saw – Razor Steel
Rare early 1900s hand saw made by Shurly, Dietrich & Atkins Co. Ltd., featuring a 26-inch blade and a classic wooden handle. The blade still shows the original factory etching:
“For beauty, finish and temper this saw cannot be excelled.”
This type of saw was marketed as a high-grade “Razor Steel” model, known for durability, fine temper and quality workmanship. Excellent piece for collectors of antique tools, vintage woodworking items, farmhouse décor, or restoration projects.
Condition:
Visible age and wear, patina, rust and marks consistent with a 100+ year old saw. The handle is solid and the blade is intact. Sold as-is for collection, display, or restoration.
Very hard to find—especially with the etching still readable.
